Warranty Policy

Thank you for your interest in working with TEAMFIX Service Ltd.

The customers are our priority, and we do all our best to leave every single customer satisfied when they use our Handyman Services. For us nothing is more important than customer satisfaction.

All work we do, we do as for ourselves, quick and efficient.

All our services are subject to warranty and free maintenance.

 

From the day we finished your job, you have 24 days warranty. Within this period, you can contact us any time if you feel like the work we have done, have a poor quality, without any external factors or bad materials quality.

 

Once the customer contacted us for warranty case, we will ask several questions, to make sure this case is under our Warranty Policy, to avoid any confusions and additional costs. Also, sometimes we will require photos.

If the customer refuse to answer to our questions, the case can be rejected.

 

If, after inspecting the case, our experts proved that the case is not subject to our warranty policy, and the quality of work was being affected by external factors, the customer will be charged for the time which our expert spend on the trip at our standard handyman services rates.
